This is not a traditional "back-office" F&I role.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

Finance, Insurance & Profit Leadership

Owning and delivering monthly finance and insurance budgets Maximising sales gross profit through finance, insurance, extended warranties and approved value-added products Structuring compelling, compliant financial solutions tailored to each customer Ensuring every customer has a clear, confident understanding of their purchase commitment

Customer Experience Excellence

Acting as a customer-facing specialist, central to the end-to-end buying journey Supporting the sales team to handle every opportunity professionally, thoroughly and compliantly Elevating customer trust, transparency and satisfaction at every interaction

Coaching, Development & Sales Enablement

Identifying development opportunities within the sales team Delivering targeted coaching, mentoring and on-the-job training Raising finance penetration, product knowledge and overall sales capability across the department

Compliance, Governance & Retention

Proposing financial agreements with absolute accuracy and full FCA compliance Submitting monthly ITC returns and actively managing compliance performance Driving our customer retention programme to National Top 10 standards, including: Identifying optimal change cycles Booking proactive account reviews Maximising repeat business and long-term loyalty

Leadership & Management Exposure

As a key member of the management team, deputising for the Used Car Manager during periods of absence Gaining valuable leadership experience within a high-performing Volkswagen retailer

Who We're Looking For

This role is ideal for:

An experienced automotive sales professional ready to specialise and excel in F&I A Transaction Manager or Senior Sales Executive with a strong finance background Someone commercially sharp, customer-focused and confident influencing both customers and colleagues
You will bring:

Proven experience in automotive sales with demonstrable F&I success Strong understanding of finance, insurance and regulatory compliance A coaching mindset with the ability to raise standards across a team Commercial awareness, attention to detail and integrity Ambition to grow into senior sales or management roles
Volkswagen experience is advantageous -- but attitude, professionalism and performance matter most.
