Transaction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to join our Client Account Team supporting one of our global technology clients. This role will be instrumental in managing complex real estate transactions across the EMEA region supporting Client with their business objectives and growth initiatives.

The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for transaction execution, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service standards while maintaining JLL's reputation for excellence in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction Management & Execution

Oversee, manage, and drive real estate transactions from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to established timelines Manage portfolio critical dates, lease events, and transaction milestones to prevent any service disruptions Coordinate complex multi-jurisdictional transactions across EMEA markets Ensure all transaction documentation meets legal, compliance, and client requirements

Client Relationship & Service Delivery

Serve as primary liaison between internal JLL teams and external brokers, consultants, and service providers Oversee communication protocols and reporting standards to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery Monitor, and achieve client objectives in alignment with Master Service Agreement KPIs Provide advice on portfolio optimization opportunities and market intelligence Support senior team members in structuring and executing complex, high-value transactions Contribute to annual fee forecasting and manage potential fee pipeline to support revenue growth

Stakeholder Management & Communication

Interface effectively with diverse stakeholders including C-suite executives, legal teams, facilities management, and external advisors Present transaction updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Professional Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred) Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) or actively pursuing chartered status

Technical Competencies

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial modeling and data analysis Expert knowledge of commercial real estate financial metrics, including NPV, IRR, cap rates, and lease economics Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive-level presentations Experience with real estate management platforms and transaction management systems Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial reports Significant experience in commercial real estate transactions, preferably with technology sector clients Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with competing priorities Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in complex documentation and financial analysis Familiarity with ESG principles and sustainable real estate practices Fluency in additional European languages considered advantageous
