Motor 4 U Ltd is a fast-growing used car dealership with over 250 vehicles in stock and ambitious plans for expansion. We are looking for a highly motivated

Transaction Manager

to join our dynamic sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong finance and sales experience who can structure deals, maximise profitability, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all vehicle sales transactions from proposal to completion. Present and sell finance and insurance (F&I) products compliantly in line with FCA regulations. Maximise profit per deal while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Accurately input, check, and finalise finance documentation and ensure smooth handovers. Second-face customers to support the sales team and close opportunities. Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure monthly sales and profit targets are met. Provide training and guidance to sales staff on finance and product sales. Maintain accurate records and compliance in line with company and FCA requirements.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a Transaction Manager / Business Manager / Sales Controller role within the motor trade. Excellent knowledge of finance products (HP, PCP, and related add-ons). Strong closing ability and second-facing skills. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. FCA-accredited or willing to work towards accreditation. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
