Job Description
The Transactional Finance Assistant will support the Accounting & Finance department with day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance within the Business Services industry. This temporary role offers an excellent opportunity to work on the south coast on a hybrid basis.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist with accounts receivable and payable functions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries as required.
- Respond to queries related to transactional finance activities.
A successful Transactional Finance Assistant should have:
- Previous experience in a similar role within Accounting & Finance.
- A solid understanding of transactional finance processes.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- An ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
