Overview


We are seeking a

highly skilled and proactive Finance Manager

to take ownership of our customer finance operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional service. You'll be responsible for

quoting, liaising with customers, and coordinating with finance companies and representatives

to ensure all financial transactions and agreements are handled efficiently and in line with regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare and manage

accurate finance quotations

for customers, ensuring all details meet internal and external compliance standards. Act as the

primary point of contact

between the business, customers, and finance companies. Coordinate with

finance representatives and external providers

to ensure smooth processing of all finance-related transactions. Review and verify finance documentation, ensuring

accuracy, completeness, and compliance

with relevant policies and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of

finance products, terms, and industry standards

to provide accurate and transparent information to customers. Support sales and operations teams by offering

finance solutions and advice

that align with customer and business needs. Track and report on finance application progress, approvals, and outcomes to ensure timely follow-up and resolution. Build strong working relationships across internal departments and with external finance partners to

optimise process efficiency

. Identify opportunities to

improve finance processes

and enhance the customer experience.

Experience and Qualifications



Proven experience in a

finance management or finance coordination role

, ideally within a customer-focused or commercial environment. Strong understanding of

finance agreements, compliance, and customer finance processes

. Exceptional

communication and negotiation skills

, with the ability to build trust with customers and external partners. Experience working with

finance companies, brokers, or lenders

to manage applications and approvals. High attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a commitment to maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
