We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, versatile, and well-organised Transcreation Account Manager (TAM) to inspire our clients and agency partners in delivering impactful marketing campaigns. The TAM will be a key driver in the successful execution of client projects, providing localization and transcreation services for a variety of assets, from omnichannel marketing campaigns (including website content) to internal brand guidelines. This role requires a strong focus on project management, client communication, and the ability to adapt to a wide array of requests from internal teams, direct clients, and agency stakeholders. As a skilled project manager and communicator, the TAM will ensure timelines and quality of deliverables are consistently met while proactively managing client expectations, educating them on the transcreation and localisation process, and building strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders. Crucially, the TAM will be a collaborative team player, willing to share responsibilities, coordinate efforts, and offer assistance to colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients and the business.

Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution:

Manage all client projects against contractual obligations (SLAs and KPIs), from brief through to delivery, following agreed workflows and utilizing relevant project management tools. Manage translation and transcreation projects briefed by the Client Services team or directly by the client. Receive and assess briefs, identify queries, recommend the best service and approach, and provide accurate cost estimates and timelines. Brief external freelance talent and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle. Manage client translation approval processes, including receiving and implementing amends from different stakeholders (both global and local). Deliver approved assets to the client or Client Services team. Handle all aspects of translation work related to campaigns from planning through to delivery. Keep track of project progress and ensure relevant trackers are always up to date. Provide detailed handover notes/briefings and arrange suitable cover (if required) to ensure all work can be managed in your absence. Support and train new starters and/or junior team members.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client stakeholders and internal Hogarth departments. Coordinate effectively between Client Services/Production/Transcreation teams and the client. Build strong day-to-day relationships with all stakeholders (internal, external, clients, and agencies). Proactively manage client communication, including educating clients on the transcreation process, setting realistic expectations, and providing regular updates. Demonstrate the ability to write, prepare, and present documents, presentations, agendas, and reports tailored to each client's style, preference, knowledge, and experience. Ensure clients understand agreed workflows, support them through the process, and manage client expectations. Provide regular status reports to clients. Immerse yourself in the client's brand and offering. Create and maintain Account Guidelines. Contribute to regular strategic reviews with the client to ensure objectives are being met, issues raised/resolved, and have visibility of workload for planning purposes.

Quality Assurance & Brand Guardianship:

Check all materials (PDFs, emails, TVCs, etc.) and ensure quality control procedures have been followed before deliveries. Highlight and escalate any quality control issues. Act as a brand/QC guardian - always ensure brand guidelines and QC checklists and procedures are followed. Update and maintain glossaries, translation memories, and QC checklists.

Financial Management & Revenue Generation:

Prepare accurate cost estimates against client-specific/standard Rate Card for line manager approval. Manage agreed project budgets and revenue. Handle the billing process ensuring full compliance with all financial procedures and policies. Ensure timesheets are submitted and completed on time. Manage revenue recognition for assigned accounts. Proactively identify new revenue opportunities for existing clients/accounts and inform the TTL.

Process Improvement & Problem Solving:

Identify areas for improvement of the existing workflow and processes which could benefit Hogarth and/or the client and make recommendations. Keep line manager updated on workload/capacity and project status, reporting accomplishments/successes and escalating all issues immediately, recommending solutions wherever possible. Identify and escalate quality/talent issues to the line manager, recommend solutions wherever possible, and manage a corrective and preventive action plan (CAPA) with quality and talent management teams, if necessary.

Versatility & Flexibility:

Demonstrate the ability to manage a wide array of requests from internal teams, direct clients, and agency stakeholders, adapting to changing priorities and project requirements.
