Up to 47,000



Whitbread is on a journey of strategic transformation, and we're looking for a Transformation Executive to play a key supporting role. Working alongside the Transformation Manager, you'll help deliver critical programmes through effective project coordination, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and governance support.



This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual looking to build a career in business transformation.

What you'll be doing



Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation to support smooth delivery. Collate and analyse data to produce clear reports and dashboards. Provide accurate MI to support decision-making and track programme progress. Assist with project design, including process mapping and operating model support. Prepare presentations, briefings, and governance materials. Contribute to continuous improvement through standardised tools and best practice

What you'll need

Understanding of business transformation and change management principles. Strong organisational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret data and generate insights. Proficiency in basic collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Teams ) as well as Microsoft Office Experience in an analytical project support (BAU initiatives or change projects), PMO, or transformation role. Exposure to business change or strategic initiatives. Supporting cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders (interactions with senior manager level).
