Transformation Lead

to spearhead the UK workstream of our

EDC & Production Transformation Programme

.

What you'll be doing



Strategic Leadership:

Provide visionary leadership and direction for the programme, ensuring alignment with the organisation's strategic goals.

Initiative Management:

Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of the initiatives to ensure: + Enhanced operational efficiency and productivity through innovative thinking and process improvements.
+ Optimise resource allocation and investment strategies to maximise returns.
+ A collaborative and integrated working environment across all departments and supply network

Stakeholder Engagement:

Engage with key stakeholders to build support and ensure alignment with transformation objectives.

Change Management:

Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and minimise resistance.

Performance Monitoring:

Establish metrics and KPIs to track progress and measure the impact of transformation initiatives.

Reporting:

Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the status and outcomes of the initiatives.


Who we're looking for

Experience




Senior transformation/programme leadership in complex infrastructure or engineering businesses. Deep working knowledge of NEC (Options A/B/C/D/E) and recoverability evidence; familiarity with client audit. Demonstrable success running off/near shore operating models or shared services at scale. Exposure to ISO 27001/data residency controls; secure VDI and SaaS governance. Financial acumen: budgeting/benefits tracking, FX hedging basics and transfer pricing in services

Skills & attributes




Strategic influencer at ExCom/MD level and effective coach at site level. Commercial judgement to translate operating model choices into contract mechanisms and evidence. Data driven; comfortable with KPIs, dashboards, and automation/AI use cases in delivery.

Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent improvement technique training and certification
