Job Description
Role Title: Transformation Migration Analyst - Loan IQ
Location: London (onsite 2-3 days per week)
Duration: Until 31/12/2026
Rate: 579 per day Umbrella
We are seeking an experienced Transformation Migration Analyst to join our clients the Wholesale Lending Operations team. The successful candidate will work closely with technology teams, business stakeholders, and migration specialists to plan, manage, and execute system and process changes for the migration from ACBS to Finastra Loan IQ.
This role involves leading migration pods, driving data migration, reconciling pre- and post-migration data, updating business processes, and ensuring operational readiness for both interim and strategic changes. You will also play a key role in testing, process optimisation, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with ACBS and Finastra Loan IQ (operations or project delivery).
- Knowledge of Corporate/IB Lending processes and procedures.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with testing frameworks, process optimisation, and data analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively with tech, operations, and controls teams.
This is a 2-3 day on-site role in London.
