Key Responsibilities:





The role holder will be responsible for:


Developing and implementing comprehensive transformation programs tailored to the specific needs of insurance clients, utilizing the latest technology-enabled delivery methods to ensure effective solutions. Overseeing the design and execution of organization-wide transformation initiatives, including risk management and mitigation strategies, by collaborating across practices and leveraging Subject Matter Expert (SME) expertise. Designing and implementing cross-functional (front-to-back) operating models to streamline processes, enhance operational effectiveness, and improve service delivery. Developing and applying a comprehensive suite of methodologies and best practices to support client journeys, enabling them to clearly identify, measure, and achieve their strategic targets. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on transformation strategies and best practices, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Exhibiting strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful transformation programs. Demonstrating a deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools, ensuring the efficient management of projects and delivery of high-quality outcomes. Leading stakeholder management efforts, influencing and engaging senior executives and key decision-makers to maintain strong client relationships and drive successful transformation initiatives. Communicating effectively, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, to facilitate collaboration across teams and practices. Applying expertise in change management principles and practices to support smooth transitions during transformation processes. Managing risk diligently, with thorough knowledge of current and future regulatory impacts on the operating environment, including the role of the three lines of defence (3LOD).



Your Profile:


Essential:




Proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive transformation programs, specifically tailored to the insurance sector, utilizing the latest technology-enabled delivery methodologies. Extensive experience with project management methodologies and tools, capable of overseeing complex organizational-wide initiatives that incorporate risk management and mitigation strategies. Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with a history of successfully executing transformation programs and aligning them with client needs and market trends. Ability to design and implement cross-functional (front-to-back) operating models, streamlining processes and improving operational effectiveness across practices. Exceptional skills in managing and influencing stakeholders, including senior executives and key decision-makers, to foster strong relationships and support transformation initiatives. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills required for effective collaboration and relationship-building. Expertise in change management principles and practices to ensure smooth transitions and successful transformation outcomes. Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and their impacts on the operating environment, including the role of the three lines of defence (3LOD), ensuring compliance and effective risk management.
