Aspire People are working with a warm, supportive SEND school in Milton Keynes that provides education and care for learners with Autism, Social Communication Difficulties, and complex learning needs. They are seeking motivated and compassionate professionals to join their team immediately.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have worked in care, nursing, or behavioural support settings and want to apply those skills within a school environment.
What We're Looking For:

• Experience working in healthcare, residential care, or behavioural support roles
• Confidence supporting individuals with Autism (desirable, not essential), communication, or behavioural challenges
• A resilient and adaptable approach - able to remain calm and compassionate in challenging situations
• A team player with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Access to your own transport is essential due to the school's location and start times
• A willingness to take part and be a bubbly and positive influence
