We're now looking for a TransportAdministration Clerk

to join our team and help keep our transport operations running like clockwork.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Prepare driver paperwork and give clear instructions before dispatch. Carry out driver debriefs, updating delivery records and pallet counts. Track and manage PODs, returns, and agency driver logs. Check driver compliance, including tachograph downloads and vehicle status. Help with shift handovers, follow health & safety rules, and support a positive team environment.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Experience with transport management systems. Ability to follow operational, legal, and health & safety procedures accurately and consistently.
