We are now seeking a

Transport Administration Support

professional to join our

Transport Team

. This role is essential in keeping our chemical transport operation running efficiently, ensuring our drivers, customers, and compliance processes are fully supported.

The Role

This is an

entry-level position

, ideal for someone who wants to build a career in transport administration and logistics.

Alongside your day-to-day duties, you'll have the opportunity to enrol in the

Transport Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship

, gaining a nationally recognised qualification while learning practical skills on the job.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and maintaining transport documentation Supporting compliance checks and safety record management for chemical deliveries Updating and maintaining our transport management systems Liaising with drivers, the transport team, and customers to coordinate schedules Organising records for audits and inspections Handling incoming calls and email enquiries in a professional manner

About You

Interest in administration, transport, or logistics Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills - written and verbal IT literate, with basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Team player who can work well in a fast-paced environment Willing to undertake the Transport Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship
