Transport AdministratorWith over 50 years' experience in the logistics industry McCulla Ireland are one of the country's leading providers of ambient, chilled and frozen logistics solutions throughout Ireland, the United Kingdom and Europe.We currently have Operating Centres across Northern Ireland and Ireland, with further plans for expansion. McCulla has over 300 employees working across our Transport, Warehousing, Customs and Green Bioenergy Operations. There is an ever-growing modern fleet consisting of over 120 vehicles and 200 trailers operating our just in time service with environmental sustainability at the forefront of everything we do and making us unique in the market for our customers.We are looking to recruit a Transport Administrator to join our team in Lisburn. This is an excellent development opportunity for someone looking a career in Transport & Logistics.The Person:This role will require a professional individual who is highly organised, customer focused, with great attention to detail. Strong administration skills and ideally someone who is interested in or has knowledge of the transport, logistics industry.About the roleDuties:Inputting Transport Jobs onto the inhouse system & portal.Collation and reporting of POD's.Focus on communication and ensuring that any operational issues impacting customer shipments are proactively reported to the relevant customer teams and tracked through to resolution.Actioning customer complaints received and progressing to conclusion.Participating in customer projects.Other administration duties to support the running of the transport office on a daily basis.Criteria:Previous experience working in a busy administration role & dealing with customers.Strong administration & organisational skills.Able to deal tactfully with a wide variety of people.Customer focused and an understanding nature.A positive can-do attitude and flexible approachDedication to completing a high standard of workHardworking and reliableStrong IT systems experience including a sound knowledge in Microsoft applications.Terms:Full Time.Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm.Salary xc2xa326,000Training & development opportunities.Enhanced Annual Leave Entitlement.Matched employee / employer pension contribution.Life & death in service insurance.Additional Company Benefits.About the companyWith over 50 years' experience, McCulla Ireland is a Haulage, Customs, Warehousing, Distribution and Power Company with Operating Centres in Northern Ireland (Lisburn and Mallusk) and the Republic of Ireland.
