We are now looking for a Transport Contract Supervisor to join our committed team on a fixed term basis. The contract is anticipated to end 31st July 2026.
We offer a salary of 35,000 - 38,000 per annum (pro-rata & dependant on experience). The shift pattern for this role is Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00

The Role
As a Transport Contract Supervisor, you will offer operational support to our customers and internal teams regarding transport contracts. You will act as a key contact ensuring smooth communication between the key stakeholders while supporting the Contract Manager in managing day-to-day operational tasks.
Please note, you will be required to support with month end activity and some weekend working as and when required according to business/operational needs.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage KPI performance
Ensure contractual administration & invoicing protocols are accurate and up to date
Develop and demonstrate a solid understanding of the clients' operation and Supply Chain
Provide a high level of operational support to the customer, warehouse, transport & control tower teams
Support initiatives aimed at achieving financial targets
Assist in identifying and implementing continuous improvement ideas across the operation
Some occasional travel required to our white goods warehouse in Tamworth
Handle day to day queries & escalations, acting as the facilitator between the key stakeholders
ABOUT YOU:
Solid customer facing experience
Proven experience in transport operations (essential)
A strong logistics background
Understanding of transport legislation (desirable)
Strong administration skills with the ability to plan & prioritise effectively
Highly organised and able to manage own time effectively
Problem-solving mindset
Ability to communicate well in a professional manner to build solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to meet deadlines & be flexible to operational spikes including month end, peak, Christmas & product launches
Ability to work proficiently independently & as part of a wider team
IT literate - Microsoft packages
