Shepley Spring are the UK's leading bottled water manufacturer with over 20 years' experience in production and are proud to remain a family run business to this day.

The company operates in three manufacturing facilities in Yorkshire and owns several high-speed production lines with the capabilities of producing both still and sparkling water servicing leading retailers such as Morrisons, Lidl, Booker Tesco and Sainsbury through private label and produces the brands Ice Valley and White Rock exclusively.

Summary:

The Transport Coordinator is responsible for creating and executing our customer order demands. The candidate for this position must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and be able to interface with the company management and their team members.

The position works closely with Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, and Transportation as well as communicating and building relations with the company's customer base.

The Transport Coordinator ensures customer requirements are achieved and continuously maintained.

Job Specification:

Process sales orders, schedule their deliveries efficiently and cost effectively. Liaise with customers and supplier transportation for planning efficiency Serve as an effective liaison among other departments within the company. Monitor and adjust schedules to meet customer needs and consider raw material requirements. Work with sales to continuously improve forecast accuracy. Ability to understand current processing systems. Demonstrate adaptability by reacting appropriately to unexpected changes in situations. Work towards rolling forecast implementation. End to End Logistic Management.

In the absence of the Transport Manager duties to involve:

Attend daily meeting and give update on any supply chain/logistic issues. Update and manage customers on any issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
