40 hours working a Monday- Friday 09:00am-5:00pm (there may also be occasional cover of the 4 on 4 off (06:00-18:00) shift)

What you'll do

You will be the escalation point of contact for all drivers, completing briefs and debriefs ahead of routes You will monitor routes ensuring safety of drivers, providing accurate ETA's to depots for all vehicles carrying live product, using systems Microlise and MOS to check ETA's Be accountable for Legal o-license compliance and for Operational excellence i.e. cost and service including Peak planning delivery Provide the highest level of customer care and finding resolutions/ escalation of live issues Effective time management to ensure the job is completed within the set time frame provided using Kronos exceptions & Schedules Conduct Daily administration tasks in relation to payroll systems, payroll queries holidays etc. Ensure all assets are in control with agreed plans and then locked down by the end of the week Responsible for planning and allocating drivers to the following days routes, supporting the management team in aligning drivers to M&S / Gist targets

What you'll need

Administration or Coordinator experience within in a Transport environment Experience of working with systems relating to logistics and planning Understanding of compliance and regulation Team Leader experience desirable Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
