Pay Rate: 34,473 plus a nights premium of 10% between 6pm-10pm + 20% between 10pm-6am
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 4 on, 4 off - 6pm-6am
Location: Bury - Manchester

?WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Take the Lead: Oversee our daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our customers
• Innovate & Optimise: Develop and implement transport strategies that enhance efficiency and drive success. Your ideas will help us stay ahead of the curve!
• Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
• Team Builder: Develop, engage and inspire your team, creating an environment where every colleague can do their best
• Analyse & Improve: Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Your analytical skills will help us deliver excellence every day!

?WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Must have people management experience within transport - ideally managing a large driver fleet of up to 120 drivers
• Must have experience working within a transport office / supply chain environment
• Computer literate with a practical knowledge of logistics software packages
• Excellent knowledge of Working Time Directive and Drivers Hours
• Strong communication skills - across various stakeholders, including customers
