What We're Looking For:

Sales & Operations Expertise

: Experience in transport planning, fleet management, and driving sales.

Leadership

: A natural leader who thrives in both managing people and business operations, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Transport Knowledge

: Solid understanding of driver hours, tachographs, and WTD legislation.

Proactive & Organised

: Able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

IT Literate

: Comfortable using systems like Stream (TMS) and Webfleet (tracking & telematics), or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Fleet & Route Management

: Plan and optimise routes for your fleet of vehicles and drivers, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and profitability.

Sales & Business Growth

: Secure new business, reduce empty mileage and increase revenue by securing backloads and maximising operational efficiency.

Multitasking

: Balance day-to-day operations while building and nurturing customer relationships.

Driver Management

: Line manage a team of drivers, handling HR responsibilities like performance management and absence.

Business Development

: Actively seek opportunities to grow your area, improve efficiency, and increase profitability.
