Responsibilities
Manage and update logistics data using programmes such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Assist with inventory management and order processing
Coordinate shipments and deliveries with carriers and suppliers
Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory levels
Handle phone enquiries professionally, providing excellent phone etiquette
Perform data entry tasks swiftly and accurately to support logistics operations
Organise schedules and coordinate internal communications to ensure timely deliveries
Support administrative duties such as filing, document preparation, and report generation
Requirements
Previous office experience or administrative background preferred
Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
