Transport and Logistics Planner - Eurocentral, Motherwell
Salary: 28,000 - 32,000 DOE
Shifts: Monday to Friday (Start times between 05:30 and 09:00, depending on business needs)
Contract: Temp to Perm (Permanent contract offered after 12 weeks)

About the Role:
As a Transport and Logistics Planner, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient transport operations on a daily basis. You'll be responsible for route planning, vehicle scheduling, and coordinating deliveries to ensure the highest level of service is maintained.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule routes to meet customer delivery requirements efficiently
• Coordinate with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure daily plans are executed effectively
• Manage and update multiple transport and logistics systems
• Monitor progress and resolve any delivery issues or route deviations
• Work proactively to identify improvements and optimise operational performance

About You:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:

• Proven transport and logistics planning experience
• The ability to work at pace and under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Experience working with multiple systems and data simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Good knowledge of transport operations and route planning
