Small Family-Run Transport Company - Build & Grow Your Own Role

We are a growing, family-owned business with a close-knit team, running a fleet of 4 HGV's daily. As we continue to expand, we're looking for someone who wants to truly make this role their own -- someone who can manage our current operations while helping to bring in and develop new business.

If you're hands-on, passionate about transport, and want the freedom to shape and grow a small fleet, we'd love to hear from you.

About Us

For over 25 years, EC Creative Services have been designing, building, and installing bespoke sets for TV, Film, Theatre and Live Events across the UK. As part of our growth, we expanded into transporting our own scenery and equipment, and over the last 5 years we've built a diverse and efficient fleet including 44t Arctics, trailers, 18T box vehicles and courier vans.

Following our continued success in this sector, we're now ready to take the next step. We're investing in a dedicated, forward-thinking operations professional to help streamline our transport activities, introduce fresh ideas to improve day-to-day management, and play a key role in building our customer base as we grow this side of the business.

Role Overview

You will be fully responsible for the day-to-day running of our fleet, including planning routes, managing drivers, liaising directly with customers, ensuring compliance, and driving performance.
