WHAT YOU'LL DO

Optimise performance across all resources, KPI's and safety processes onsite Overseeing the transport operation, ensuring efficient resource allocation and fleet management Lead, inspire and develop the operations team to reach their full potential Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the customers and internal teams to enhance collaboration and service delivery Ensure compliance with safety records, regulations and company policies while promoting a culture of health and safety best practices

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Proven experience as a Transport Manager or in a similar role, successfully leading a large-scale transport operation with a fleet exceeding 100 drivers Hold a valid International Transport Manager CPC is an essential requirement Experience in unionised environments is advantageous, particularly in building collaborative relationships A strong track record in team engagement and development, fostering a motivated and collaborative team
