A family business trading for over 30 years, within the Air Freight industry servicing the transport and warehousing requirements of our customers. Our specialty, is providing temperature-controlled transportation throughout the UK and Europe, for various cargo that is temperature sensitive, such as; perishable goods and pharmaceutical products, amongst others.
Due to our continued growth, we require the following role to further strengthen our expanding operations team, based in Slough:
Administration Support to our busy operations team
Required Experience
Minimum of 3 years plus experience, in administration support or a team support role. Equally, someone with PA experience could suit.
Plus, you should be able to provide examples of where you have excelled previously, in a similar administration or support role.
Preferred Experience
Whilst it is not essential, it may be beneficial if you have worked within the Air freight industry, or have a logistics background.

Able to work both proactively and also reactively, where required for the benefit of the team, so being adaptable and flexible in your approach is key.
Capable of keeping a calm persona when the pressure is on, to support the team in a positive and constructive way.
A stickler for detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for detail, particularly where paperwork is concerned.
Confident and assured in your own ability.
Professional and well mannered, both in person and on the telephone.
Hours and Remuneration
You will work on a 4-on-4-off shift pattern, working during the daytime. There will be some flexibility on hours, to be discussed within the interview process.
The salary for role will range between 24,000 to 30,000 (Gross) per annum depending on hours and your level of experience.
