Transport Operator Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate daily transport operations, working closely with 3PL providers Ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods across domestic and international networks Monitor service levels, resolve exceptions, and escalate issues where needed Analyse and validate transport costs, invoices, and rate agreements Support the development of transport KPIs and contribute to monthly performance reviews Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, procurement, customer service) to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery Assist with routing, carrier selection, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with transport regulations

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience working with

3rd Party Logistics (3PL)

providers Understanding of

transportation cost structures

, freight invoices, and rate negotiation Strong coordination and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with transport data and systems Clear and confident communication, both internally and with external partners Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with TMS platforms (a plus) Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business qualification preferred
