As a Transport Planner/Account Manger at Speedy Freight, you will play a key role in coordinating our delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient service. This position is vital to our mission of providing exceptional courier services and enhancing customer experience.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate transport routes for timely deliveries. Manage logistics operations to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Oversee the scheduling of deliveries and ensure compliance with service standards. Communicate effectively with drivers and customers regarding delivery status. Analyze transport data to identify areas for improvement in operations. Lead initiatives to enhance customer service and operational performance.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Leadership experience is a plus but not mandatory.
