We offer a competitive salary of 27,500 per year, depending on experience, for a 37.5-hour working week. What you'll do on a typical day:

Build and manage daily transport schedules across multiple sites, ensuring cost-efficiency and service targets are met. Coordinate with depots and hauliers to plan and execute backhaul and ad-hoc transport movements. Monitor and report on haulier performance, investigating service failures and identifying root causes. Compile and validate financial data, raise purchase orders, and support timely payment processes. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills to manage complex transport data. Confidence in using Microsoft Excel and other planning tools to drive efficiency. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to work across teams and resolve issues. A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering high service standards.
