Main Responsibilities



The Role



Main duties (not limited to) include:

Perform scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on utility equipment including transport refrigeration equipment systems and plant. Fault finding, breakdowns and servicing of transport refrigeration (various types of systems). Fault finding of bespoke control systems Maintenance and servicing of refrigeration, hydrocarbons, and secondary systems Responsibility for routine servicing and repairs as required, mechanical fault finding, electrics and all other duties associated with this role. Completing all work assigned daily, ensuring adherence to company and manufacturer standards and agreed time constraints. Record equipment history on engineering computer system and complete quality system documentation as required. Ensuring that work is always to the highest standard, seeking to achieve consistently high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Maintain levels of stock on the van to agreed specification. Able to prioritise and organise workload to achieve set deadlines and KPIs Maintain good working relationship with clients. Complete company documents i.e. job cards, time sheets and maintenance reports. Provide feedback to company management. Provide detailed handovers to Engineering colleagues. Ensure procedures, Health and Safety requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) are followed at all times to maintain compliance. Manage to client's strict health and safety policies and site procedures. Carry out process improvements on own initiative, or as part of a Team, support efforts to improve equipment reliability. Keep abreast of the current regulatory requirements within your area of expertise.

Pay: 32,000.00-50,000.00 per year
