Pay Rate: 37,000 up to 39,000 -depending on experience
Grade: RCS M
Contract Type: 12 months FIXED TERM CONTRACT
Shift patterns: 14:00PM until 22:00pm - Permanent Lates - Any 5 out of 7 including weekends

?WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Take the Lead: Oversee our daily transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to our customers
• Innovate & Optimise: Develop and implement transport strategies that enhance efficiency and drive success. Your ideas will help us stay ahead of the curve!
• Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
• Team Builder: Develop, engage and inspire your team, creating an environment where every colleague can do their best
• Analyse & Improve: Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Your analytical skills will help us deliver excellence every day!

?WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Must have experience of Managing teams including leaders also as this is essential
• must have experience of managing and leading within a warehouse or transport environment this is essential
• Can lead from the front, winning hearts and minds and providing coaching and mentorship
• Have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Aren't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in when needed
