Romac Logistics are currently recruiting for a Transport Systems Specialist to join our team based at Alfreton, Derbyshire.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support the ongoing rollout of Microlise TMS across all sites Configure and maintain TMS parameters, workflows, and reporting tools. Provide training and day-to-day support for operational users. Act as the first point of contact for TMS issues, escalating to suppliers where necessary. Work with Finance to ensure system outputs align with billing and revenue capture. Document processes, training guides, and best practices for site teams. Collaborate with IT and Transformation team to align TMS development with WMS and EDI projects.

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience with a Transport Management System (Microlise preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience training operational staff on systems. Good understanding of logistics/transport operations. Strong Excel and reporting skills.
