We're looking for a Transport & Warehouse Operations Planner to join our fast-moving team in Loughborough. If you're calm under pressure, highly organised, and ready to roll up your sleeves in a team that's growing fast, this is your chance to play a key part in our operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Plan and coordinate collections and deliveries across the UK.

Track shipments and ensure smooth, on-time delivery

Maintain accurate transport and warehouse records

Reconcile and file all relevant operational paperwork

Handle inbound calls and emails with confidence and clarity

Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, customers and subcontractors

Solve problems quickly and meet customer and delivery deadlines

Support wider operational needs as required

What You'll Need to Succeed

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Strong admin skills with attention to detail

Confident using IT, especially MS Office (Excel, Outlook etc.)

Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure

Problem-solver who enjoys working independently and in a team

Calm, adaptable and quick-thinking when things get busy

A positive, can-do attitude with a drive to make things happen

Hours: 9:30am-6:00pm (after training) - Training hours: 8:30am-5:00pm for the first 3 months

Location & Travel

Based at our Loughborough depot. You'll need to reliably commute or be planning to relocate before starting work.
