PE Global is currently recruiting for a Procurement Associate for a leading science-based technology company based in Bracknell.
This is an initial 12 months contract position based in Bracknell working 4 days on site and 1 day from home.
Pay rate is up to 26.65 per hour depending on experience.

Duties of the role/Responsibilities

• Responsible for regional professional services sub-categories
• Category management and negotiation
• Supplier performance
• Regional point of contact to key stakeholders
• Manage end to end procurement process for professional services
• Support stakeholders across EMEA with sourcing needs and supplier selection if required
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts (MSAs, SOWs)
• Run sourcing processes (Quotes, RFP)
• Manage supplier relationships including handling performance issues
• Working with the global team on category strategies and cost saving initiates
• Be a general go-to for procurement support and advice (dealing with a lot of queries day to day sourcing related)

Education/Experience

• 2+ years experience
• A-Level or Above - Degree level preferred
• Category management and negotiation
• Expertise in local regulations a benefit
• Developing regional market insights and competitive landscape for key categories
• Proactive, solution oriented, Good Stakeholder Management Skills
• Experience in Indirect Procurement/Sourcing and Professional Services desirable.
