Job Title: Transportation Analyst
Salary: 29,000 - 36,000 depending upon experience
Contract: Permanent

Job Summary
As a member of the Outbound Prime Product Logistics Team, you will play a vital role in driving Transportation operational efficiencies & processes for Prime Products moving from EAME facilities to Dealers or end customers internationally. Integrated with orders management and planning processes, you will plan and execute international transportation shipments to reduce variations, improve resiliency and optimize velocity vs cost.

What You Will Do:
Manage the planning and execution of transportation operations for finished products from production centers in EAME to Dealers in region and overseas.
Own the operational performance metrics (velocity, cost, data quality, CO2 emissions) and work across teams to achieve the targets.
Leverage systems, business intelligence dashboard and relationships to identify improvement opportunities.
Act as a project lead for continuous improvement or larger transformational initiatives.
Plan the required short term and medium-term transportation capacity required based on plants production volume and liaise with supply chain partners.
Review and identify areas for improvement through performance management of our carriers.
Proactive communicate and maintain relationships with supply chain partners and customers.
Develop and document processes for standardization and continuous improvement.
Develop in-depth business knowledge of product and customer requirements.
What You Will Have:
Process Management: Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes.
