PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

We\'re currently recruiting for a Transporter Clerk to join our expanding team within our Inside Track contract for VWG Cars. As an experienced Transporter Clerk , you will be responsible for operating in a Customer Services team, to make Bookings for DHL customer .

WHAT WE NEED FROM A TRANSPORTER CLERK;

• Transport planning experience -desirable
• Data analysis experience with excellent attention to detail
• Strong Administration skills
• Strong Customer service skills
• Team Player with the proven ability to take ownership of specific tasks.
• Excellent communication both verbally and written those with proven inbound and outbound experience would be desirable.

MAIN DUTIES WOULD INCLUDE:

• Completing work in a timely and efficient manner
• To carry out day to day administration tasks in agreed timescales
• To ensure that booking requests are responded to quickly, efficiently and to correct standards, ensuring required service levels achieved.
• To help maintain the Internal database, ensuring that the computer systems are up to date, accurate and that all new changes are actioned.
• To complete Trouble Shooter duties as required ensuring minimal impact to customers
• To action any other reasonable request from the the line manager and assist the team as applicable
• To undertake such other duties, training as may be reasonably required, and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of the job.
