The Role
We are looking for a well-organised and proactive individual to support the day-to-day administrative functions of our transport operation. This role is focused on ensuring accurate records, clear communication, and smooth administrative support across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Managing general transport administration, including documentation, records, and reporting
Inputting and maintaining accurate data relating to vehicles, drivers, and jobs
Communicating with drivers, customers, and internal teams to support daily operations
Handling queries and providing administrative support to the transport and management teams
Ensuring compliance paperwork is completed, filed, and kept up to date
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within transport or logistics
Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with transport systems is an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
