We're looking for a motivated and organised person to join our team as a Travel & Accommodation Coordinator. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient travel arrangements across the business. This will include booking flights, ferry and accommodation using varies websites.
Please note that while the current office location is based in Baillieston, Glasgow, the team will be relocating to Bellshill in November 2025. Applicants should carefully consider their ability to travel to both locations. The role will be office based.
What We expect of you:
In this role, you will take ownership of arranging, managing, and confirming all travel and accommodation bookings for employees and contractors. You will be expected to ensure that every booking is cost-effective, compliant with company policies, and aligned with operational requirements. Maintaining accurate records, managing supplier details, and keeping costs transparent will be part of your daily responsibilities. You'll work closely with managers and staff to coordinate travel plans, respond quickly to last-minute changes or cancellations, and provide reliable administrative support linked to travel, accommodation, and related expenses.
