Travel and Events Specialist Role and Responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries across multiple time zones with precision
- Plan and coordinate luxury travel worldwide, including flights, hotels, private transport and bespoke experiences
- Organise and manage high end events from intimate dinners to large scale events
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure premium services within budget
- Manager personal appointments, memberships and subscriptions
- Proven experience in luxury travel planning and high-profile event coordination
- Impeccable discretion, loyalty and professionalism
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, proactive and able to work across different time zones with occasional out of hours support
