Travel & Tourism Lecturer

to inspire the next generation of learners.

Position Details:

Location: Oldham Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday Daily Rate: 140 - 225 (depending on experience & qualifications) Ongoing contract with potential for long-term opportunities

What we're looking for:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated lecturer who can bring the world of Travel & Tourism to life for students. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing learner progress, and preparing students for both examinations and real-world opportunities in the travel industry.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Preferably a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, QTS, or equivalent) A relevant degree or vocational qualification in Travel & Tourism (or related field) Recent experience teaching Travel & Tourism within a college or FE setting Strong subject knowledge and ability to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons Excellent classroom management and communication skills

Desirable Skills:

Industry experience within travel, tourism, or hospitality Experience with curriculum development and assessment methods Ability to motivate and inspire students from diverse backgrounds
