A fantastic opportunity has become available to join an established client in the TV and Media industry as a Travel Assistant. This role supports the Head of Family Office in coordinating complex domestic and international travel for the Principal and their family.
It requires exceptional organisation, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, confidential private office environment. Alongside managing extensive travel logistics, the Travel Assistant will also provide light administrative support during busy periods or when other team members are on leave.
The position is offered on a remote working basis.
Job duties

Responsibilities of the Travel Assistant (Remote) include:
Travel Management
Plan, coordinate, and book all domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and full itineraries
Manage several provisional travel options at once, keeping meticulous track of all details and ensuring nothing is overlooked
Once decisions are confirmed, cancel unused reservations promptly and without cost
Research travel options aligned with the Principal's preferences, schedules, and budget
Liaise with travel agents, airlines, hotels, concierge teams, and other suppliers to ensure seamless logistics and premium service
Prepare detailed itineraries and travel packs; ensure all documents (passports, visas, insurance) are valid and up to date
Monitor travel disruptions and provide swift, practical solutions in real time
Manage frequent flyer numbers, reward programmes, and travel memberships
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative assistance, including diary support, document preparation, and correspondence
Support with travel-related expenses and reconciliation
Cover administrative duties for colleagues during periods of annual leave or absence
Candidates must be / have:

Prior experience organising travel, ideally for UHNW families, senior executives or within a private office environment
Proven capability managing complex itineraries across time zones and multiple destinations with accuracy and discipline
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion
Confident using digital tools, travel platforms, and booking systems
Calm, flexible, service-oriented, and pragmatic when faced with last-minute changes
Professional, polished, and a resourceful problem-solver
Happy working in a predominantly remote position
Hours
---------
Monday to Friday, 09:30 - 17:00. Flexibility required when the Principal is travelling.
Location

Mainly remote, with occasional trips to the London office.
Salary

Starting from 40,000, negotiable depending on experience.
