Our client is a family owned travel business with an ever expanding business, we help our clients plan and execute the perfect travel itinerary, from family vacations in Benidorm to round the world cruises. We seek a sharp, knowledgeable travel agent to make our clients\xe2\x80\x99 dreams a reality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and understand the complex logistics involved in crafting itineraries. Our agents should be great communicators, with an ability to take a client\xe2\x80\x99s request and build their desired travel package. Objectives of this role

• Collaborate with clients to craft their perfect travel itinerary
• Coordinate transportation, reservations, and accommodations on behalf of clients
• Create a positive work environment for fellow employees
• Uphold our Travel agents reputation as a top-tier travel agency through quality customer service and good results

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date on the latest travel industry news and trends, such as cultural events and emergency situations
• Provide information and recommendations to clients regarding their future destinations
• Plan itineraries that meet clients\xe2\x80\x99 budgets and requests
• Answer emails and calls from clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about their travel plans
• Work with clients to make last-minute changes or updates to their itinerary

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xc2\xa323,000.00-\xc2\xa324,000.00 per year Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus scheme
• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cumbria: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
