Are you a travel consultant wanting something new? This award-winning leading travel agency are looking for a self-motivated, customer service focused individual who is passionate about selling luxury travel and providing the perfect travel experience for their clients every single time. Whether you are part time or full time, you will get to build tailormade itineraries and build significant repeat and referral custom through outstanding customer service. In addition, this role will allow you to better your sales, service and product knowledge. If you have at least 2 years of retail travel experience this would be perfect for you!
What will I be doing?

• Selling luxury travel itineraries - European, Worldwide and Tailor Made, Cruise to name a few.
• Listening to the customers exact requirements and providing a suitable, complete tailored solution.
• Use your comprehensive knowledge and skills to deliver the best value every time.
• Be attentive and confident with clients over the telephone and be able to build rapport whilst using your knowledge & experience of luxury travel.
• Maximise new business opportunities through relationship building.
• Deliver exceptional client service through genuine relationship management and your desire to exceed clients' needs.
• Consistently achieve individual and team revenue & profit targets.
• Maximise new business opportunities through relationship building.
