An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a well-established independent travel agency on the boarders of East London & Essex.
My client is seeking an experienced Travel or Cruise Consultant with previous travel sales experience. This role will ideally suit someone with a proven travel or cruise sales background and excellent customer service skills.
If you are looking for the flexibility to work full time or part time (days negotiable), with a competitive salary of 25,000 - 26,000, Monday - Friday, I would love to hear from you!
JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Working in a branch, with a small team of travel consultants
• Greeting customers face to face and also over the phone
• Quoting on a wide variety of worldwide travel itineraries
• Selling both package and dynamically packaged holidays
• Offering your customer a choice of tour operator, to sell the right holiday for their needs
• Selling additional products and services, such as car hire and travel insurance.
• Working to sales targets to earn commission whilst offering excellent customer service

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• A minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a travel agency environment
• Experince selling cruise holidays would be an added bonus
• Passionate about travel and customer service
• Enthusiastic, creative and with a positive attitude

PACKAGE:

• A very competitive basic salary of 25,000 - 26,000
• Monday - Friday: 9am - 5:30pm (Closed Saturdays and Sunday's and Bank Holidays)
• Full time or Part time (Days Negotiable)
