The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and hotel experience, enabling them to provide exceptional service and tailored travel solutions for our clients. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for planning and booking travel arrangements, ensuring that every client enjoys a seamless and memorable travel experience.

Duties

Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements. Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities that align with client interests. Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services while ensuring the best value for clients. Provide expert advice on travel regulations, visa requirements, and health advisories. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, promotions, and industry developments. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process or while travelling. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate rates and secure exclusive offers for clients.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the hospitality industry or hotel management is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using computer systems and booking software relevant to the travel industry. A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple bookings efficiently. A passion for travel with an eagerness to share experiences and recommendations with clients.
