Travel Coordinator + Receptionist

Manchester, United Kingdom

Job Description

If you're organised, personable, and love being the hub of a busy, professional office, this is the perfect role for you.
You'll be at the heart of the office, managing a mix of front-of-house duties and travel coordination, while supporting colleagues across the firm. No two days are the same - you'll handle travel bookings, accommodation, and fleet management alongside supporting reception, events, and general office administration. You'll help keep the office running smoothly and make a real difference to colleagues and clients every day.
Who We're Looking For:

  • Friendly, approachable, and professional - the face of the office, making colleagues and clients feel welcome
  • Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat
  • Proactive problem-solver - someone who doesn't wait to be told, but steps in where needed
  • Flexible and adaptable - happy to support different areas of the business as required
  • Detail-oriented - ensuring bookings, documents, and office processes are accurate and up to date
  • Strong communicator - confident liaising with people at all levels, internally and externally
  • Tech-savvy - proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other common office software
What's on Offer:
  • A full-time, on-site role in the heart of Spinningfields, surrounded by a vibrant office culture
  • Opportunity to develop your skills across multiple areas - from reception and travel coordination to office operations
  • A supportive and collaborative team where your contribution is valued
  • Competitive salary with benefits, plus a fun and dynamic office environment
Key Responsibilities:
  • Book and manage all travel and accommodation for the firm
  • Assist the Facilities Operations Manager with fleet management
  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional welcome
  • Manage meeting rooms, set up for events, and provide reception cover as needed
  • Provide flexible support during busy periods, lunch breaks, and holidays
  • Keep the office running efficiently, anticipating needs and acting proactively
This is not your average receptionist role - it's varied, hands-on, and perfect for someone who loves structure, multitasking, and helping a team run like clockwork.
