Travel Coordinator & School Secretary



We have a fantastic opportunity for a professional and experienced administrator to join our team in September as a Travel Coordinator and School Secretary, assisting with all matters related to the holiday travel arrangements for international boarding students across the whole school, and supporting members of the Senior Management Team with secretarial tasks.

The successful candidate will liaise with parents, guardians and/or agents to compile and coordinate beginning, end, and half-term travel for international boarding students in line with visa regulations to ensure UKVI compliance. This role will involve managing our new i-GTM travel platform.

To be successful in your application, you need demonstrable experience of working in an administrative role including experience of administration processes. You will be qualified to NVQ Level 3 and have a collaborative approach to work with the ability to work to tight deadlines.

This role is part time, 25 hours per week, and permanent, working all year round. There is some flexibility on how the hours are spread, for the right candidate.

You will be required to work 9am - 9pm on Arrivals Day at the start of each half term to ensure smooth transition of students from airport to school and liaise with house parents accordingly. This can fall on a Sunday, and time off in lieu is offered.
