The Role

This is a unique opportunity to shape the experiences that define our brand. You'll play a key role in researching, designing and refining high-end travel products that impress and inspire. From hand-picking luxury hotels to crafting extraordinary cultural moments, your work will help us stand out in a competitive market.

What You'll Do

Research and design premium itineraries for affluent international clients Identify exclusive venues, properties and experiences that align with our luxury positioning Collaborate with suppliers to create bespoke, high-value experiences Share marketing ideas to bring products to life through compelling content Monitor trends and competitor offerings to keep our products fresh, innovative and relevant Contribute to the continual improvement of customer journey touchpoints

What We're Looking For

A keen interest in luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands A creative mindset with a meticulous attention to detail Strong research and planning skills Commercial awareness and understanding of premium consumer expectations Excellent written communication and presentation skills Previous experience in travel, events or high-end product design is a plus, but not essential
