Job Description
A leading travel company is seeking an energetic Travel Manager to join its dynamic team, specialising in both corporate and leisure travel.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships over the phone, and is motivated to deliver exceptional holiday and business travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls only - no outbound cold calling.
- Sell and customise large travel and holiday packages.
- Negotiate best rates and exclusive deals with suppliers
- Manage client accounts and maintain long-term relationships
- Upsell extras (upgrades, tours, lounges) to enhance trips
- Deliver excellent service with professional phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- High energy with a genuine passion for travel.
- Confident communicator with strong telephone skills.
- A supportive team player with a positive attitude.
- Target-driven and motivated by commission opportunities.
- Competitive base salary of 27,000 with realistic OTE of 35,000.
