The Merchandise Coordinator will work cross functionally to support the delivery of supply chain and Merchandise Planning projects and day to day activities, focused proactively on the business calendar, events and associated critical paths.



What you will be doing:



Daily Calculation & Allocation of Top 100 Key selling lines to stores Maintenance & Trouble Shooting of the store stock replenishment tool Responsibility to prepare stock forward volume planning reports for the Airport Consolidation Centres Generate and be the main point of contact for Weekly Throughput and Logistics Reporting Attendance at Weekly Retail Delivery Meeting (new stores & refits) - reporting back on progress, flagging risks & key updates to the wider Merch Planning team Oversee the actions and process within the Retail Delivery critical path that relate to Merchandising & Logistics, seeing them through to 100% completion Creation of Retail Delivery stock allocation reports for the Merchandising teams ensuring they adhere to response timelines Retail delivery availability reporting on a Weekly and Ad Hoc basis Lead the creation of Monthly stock Provision reporting for all Categories Support the stock budgeting process by creating stock budget templates for the wider Merchandising Team Ad Hoc creation of centralised Merchandising Reporting Creation and distribution of Store Stock Audit reconciliations Be the main point of contact for store / internal queries and assist with resolving these in a timely manner Support the Merchandise Planner & Planning Manager

What we are looking for:



Merchandising and stock management experience in a comparable environment - essential Intermediate Excel experience is a must Strong understanding of retail supply chain and have strong business acumen Highly analytical and numerate with strong attention to detail Have a great personal impact with the ability to influence the team and cross functionally Ability to successfully negotiate, handle difficult situations and be resilient whilst maintaining relationships
