Job responsibilities



? As part of the Travel retail team based in London, the chosen candidate will be the key support to the


Key Account Manager & the Retail Operations Manager to nurture the partnership with the largest


Moet Hennessy Global customer.


? Support in the business growth of MH in Travel Retail in line with business objectives and agreed plans.


? To be an ambassador of the MH brands.


HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO MH TR'S SUCCESS


ANALYTIC (30%)




? Reports via MS Excel or PPT and support in updating and managing key financial reports e.g.,


monthly volume forecasts, sell-out, RSPs trackers, Market Shares...


? Update monthly forecast on internal system in line with business trends and allocations for all North


Europe TR customers and Airline Business


? Financial tracker updates: A&P and FTT


BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE (50%)




Reports:
? Monthly business update both macro and microenvironment


? Review weekly stock with Supply Chain and report as required


? Update Article SKU codes file in line with any changes based on Supply Chain Meetings


Analysis:
? Update the customer I.D across UK and EMEA regions


? Update the monthly dashboards for the Boutique


? Planogram- Support in the quarterly planograms review and report changes to action based on


Merchandising Golden Rules


? Evaluate brand performances for assortment reviews and support new products listings.


? Create relevant business presentations for internal meetings with cross-functional departments


(marketing, finance).


? Pricing Survey in Domestic Markets and Travel Retail - UK & EMEA


Business / Entrepreneurship:
? Support in the process of launching and developing performance of New Brands




MARKETING (20%)


? Support in planning and implementing marketing activations to deliver a first-class consumer


experience.


? Assist in the organization and planning of project implementation in stores- Permanent


Merchandising, Light Boxes and GWP visual implementations across EMEA.


? Keep track latest brand guidelines (up to date visuals, e-retail)


? Support with communication with Sales Supervisors and Brand Ambassadors- sharing product


information, training decks, category advice and other products selling tools to optimize the brand's


message during the marketing activation.

Fluent in English Strong Analytical Skills Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's, Other essential excel Formula's.) MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI is a plus Information systems acumen (SAP & Business planning tool)
