Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel planning services to clients, ensuring their travel experiences are seamless and enjoyable. You will utilise your expertise in hotel and hospitality services to curate personalised itineraries that meet the unique needs of each traveller.

This role in store is for Monday to Saturday with 2 Days off which one includes Sundays.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements. Research and recommend suitable destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client interests. Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements while ensuring compliance with client budgets. Provide clients with detailed itineraries, including travel documents and necessary information. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and hospitality offerings. Handle any changes or issues that may arise during the travel process, providing solutions promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide Excellant Customer Service and Product Knowledge.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar role within the travel or hospitality industry is preferred. Work in a Shop environment and help out with open days and events. Strong knowledge of hotel operations and customer service principles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using booking systems and travel-related software is advantageous. A genuine passion for travel and helping clients create memorable experiences is essential.

Pay: 26,000.00-30,000.00 per year
